Currently part of the Zeitgeist team is working hard on deployment of Zeitgeist within applications.
If you want to help out with deploying Zeitgeist into your favorite application please feel free to look at our:
- Data Model: What we store in Zeitgeist, how we represent Events and Subjects.
- DBus API: How to communicate with Zeitgeist over DBus.
- libzeitgeist: The C wrapper around the DBus API. (Thanks to Canonical)
- python-zeitgeist: The Python wrapper around the DBus API.
We would like to start working on a Mono wrapper API so if you are interested please contact us at #zeitgeist on irc.freenode.net, the team will be glad to mentor you.

I would LOVE to see Zeitgeist integration into the standard GNOME Panel taskbar. Is that possible?
What’s about a Java Wrapper? Best OSGi style, so you can plug that into a server and let apps Zeitgeist what they were up to.
