Interviewing Ryan Paul (Ars Technica and Gwibber)

As a guest writer an OMG! Ubuntu! I got to to interview Ryan Paul from Ars Technica and Gwibber. I think its funny that I get to ask ask the questions he he hs t oanswer. But all in all it was a very nice interview.

    What the hell is Flattr? It looks sort of like Digg smacked with an autism stick…

    Flattr is a way of providing micropayments to content creators.

    E.g. I pay in 10€ a month to my account, everytime I see content I like I flattr it by clicking the button and at the end of the month each content creator gets a slice of the pie (amounting to “monthly input / number of flattr button clicks”).

    Currently the service is in beta but it is growing rapidly.
